Certification Philosophy
 

Our philosophy is that tennis professionals will perform better, develop better, and provide a better value to their community if they are informed, well trained, and have significant opportunities for personal career development and advancement in, or outside of, the tennis profession. To this end, the EASI TennisTM Certification is more than just a certification process within the tennis community. Through the experience of its founders in management, organizational development, scientific research, and education, The EASI TennisTM Organization can provide career opportunities and professional development in numerous enterprise areas such as software development, marketing, strategic business development, scientific research, systems development, organizational development, sports management, and communications. Not everyone who starts out as a tennis player, coach, or teacher will remain in this profession. Injuries, ambitions, and obligations can take us far from our initial starting point in professional life. To be responsive to this, the EASI TennisTM System is committed to developing the teaching professionals to be able to assume new roles and pursue new goals as their life situations change.
